  Project Laboratory, Nagoya Institute of Technology

  Project Laboratory is a project to promote research that will contribute to interdisciplinary research and collaboration between industry, academia and government. The project's expenses are covered with external research funding which amounts to more than 20 million yen each fiscal year. The conditions of establishment are that the period of establishment will be more than 3 years and less than 5 years.

  The purpose of this institutes is to contribute to regional and industrial development by promoting global collaborative research through the invitation of overseas researchers, by creating innovation in energy and health fields, by promoting engineering education which integrates research and education, and by developing global research leaders who will play active roles in industry, academia and government.
